Summary
This study tests a brief, culturally adapted talk therapy for adults with depression in rural Indonesian primary care clinics. 96 adults will receive either the therapy or usual care, and researchers will measure if symptoms improve and if the therapy is practical for clinics. The goal is to see if this short, local approach can ease depression and be successfully used in community healthcare.
