Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a brief, culturally adapted form of behavioral activation therapy is acceptable and practical for adults with depression in a primary care setting. The study will enroll 12 participants and their healthcare providers to gather feedback on how well the therapy fits into routine care. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce depressive symptoms and be easily used in real-world clinics.
