Summary

This study looks at different types of depression by tracking how people manage their emotions in daily life. Researchers will measure heart rate changes and use a simple biofeedback app to see if it helps improve emotional control. The goal is to find which depression subtypes respond best to this approach, involving 252 young adults with and without a history of depression.
