Summary

This study looks at how sleep duration and timing, along with stressful life events, relate to depression and anhedonia (loss of interest) in teenagers. Researchers will monitor 150 high school students aged 14-18 using surveys, brain scans, and stress tests. The goal is to better understand these connections to help design future prevention programs.
