This study is testing whether a 12-week phone or video coaching program is practical and helpful for people who feel depressed after a serious heart event. 60 adults from three states will either get this special coaching or standard educational materials. The goal is to see if the coaching is easy to use and if it helps improve mood and heart-healthy behaviors like diet, exercise, and medication adherence.
