Summary

This study tested whether an investigational medicine called NBI-1070770 could help improve symptoms of major depression when added to a person's current antidepressant. 73 adults with depression took either the new medicine or a placebo pill for a short period. The main goal was to see if it was safe and if it made people feel better, measured by a standard depression rating scale.
