New depression treatment enters next safety check

Summary
This study continues testing an experimental medication called SPT-300 for adults with major depression. It follows 360 people who completed a previous trial to gather more safety information over 6 weeks. The main goal is to see how well people tolerate the drug and monitor for any side effects.
