Summary
This large study in Pakistan is testing a flexible, three-step care plan to treat depression in women who have survived breast cancer. It will involve over 26,000 participants and compare the new plan to usual care to see if it better reduces depression and improves quality of life in a cost-effective way. The plan starts with self-help guidance and can step up to therapy and medication if needed.
