Summary
This small pilot study aimed to see which of two common bar attachment systems for lower jaw implant dentures leads to better patient satisfaction and fewer mechanical problems. It involved 10 people who had trouble with the fit of their regular lower dentures. Researchers randomly gave participants dentures with either a 'locator' or a 'ball' clip system and compared their experiences over six months.
