NCT ID NCT07246343

First seen Nov 24, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looked at whether carving a specific area (the retro-molar pad) on lower dentures helps new denture wearers feel more satisfied and improves their quality of life. Fifty adults who had never worn dentures before tested both carved and non-carved dentures. The goal was to see if this simple change could make eating, speaking, and daily life easier.
