Chewing gum test shows if fixing Kids' cavities helps them eat better
NCT ID NCT07271901
Summary
This study looked at whether dental treatment for cavities improves how well children can chew their food. Researchers tested 100 children aged 6 to 9 using a special two-colored chewing gum to measure chewing ability before and three months after their dental work. The goal was to see if fixing their teeth led to better chewing function and possibly changed their food preferences.
