This study tests two types of pit and fissure sealants (Fisseal and Prevent Seal) applied after treating teeth with one of two remineralizing agents (Biflourid or MI Paste). The goal is to see which combination best keeps the sealant in place and prevents cavities from forming or worsening. Participants are people aged 15 to 40 with early, small cavities on the chewing surfaces of their teeth. The results are checked at 3, 6, and 9 months.
