New dental filling tested to save Kids' decayed baby teeth

Summary

This study is testing a new type of tooth filling material called alkasite composite for children's baby molars that have undergone a pulpotomy procedure. A pulpotomy is a nerve-saving treatment for deep cavities. Researchers will follow 25 healthy children to see how well these fillings hold up over time in their baby teeth.
