New dental liner aims to save damaged teeth from root canals
NCT ID NCT07231237
Summary
This study is testing a new dental liner called Vitrebond Pulp Protect. It is designed to be placed over a small, exposed area of the tooth's living pulp (the inner part with nerves and blood vessels) to help keep it healthy. The goal is to see if this liner can successfully preserve the tooth, potentially avoiding more invasive procedures like root canals. Researchers will follow 350 participants for up to 5 years to check the long-term health of the treated teeth.
