Summary

This study aims to see if one type of dental drill causes less pain than another during and after a root canal procedure. It will involve 56 adults with a severe, painful tooth infection in a specific upper tooth. Researchers will compare pain levels between patients treated with a new rotating drill system and a different back-and-forth drill system.
