Digital twin reveals safest dental implant setup
NCT ID NCT07266896
Summary
This study used computer models to find the safest way to place a full set of upper teeth on implants immediately after a patient's jawbone was rebuilt. Researchers compared three different implant layouts in a detailed simulation based on one patient's scans. They found the 'all-on-six' design spread chewing forces most evenly, making it the safest option for immediate use on a grafted jawbone.
