Summary
This study aims to find the best method for placing gum tissue grafts during immediate dental implant placement. Researchers will compare two different surgical techniques in 20 patients to see which better preserves bone around implants and improves healing. The goal is to help dental surgeons achieve better long-term results for patients receiving implants.
