Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of a steroid medication (dexamethasone) to reduce pain after getting a dental implant. Participants will receive either a 4mg dose, an 8mg dose, or a placebo injection at the surgery site. Researchers will then track their pain levels and painkiller use for a week to see which dose provides better relief.
