Better bone healing for dental implants? two materials face off

NCT ID NCT07445776

Summary

This study compared two materials used to fill gaps when placing dental implants immediately after tooth removal. Researchers tested whether a patient's own blood-derived material (e-PRF) or a donor bone material (allograft) worked better to support the new implant. They measured how stable the implant became and how much bone was preserved around it over time.
