Dental implant study tests which connector saves more jawbone

Summary
This 2-year study compares two types of connectors used in dental implants to see which one better preserves the jawbone around the implant. Researchers will follow 40 adults who need a single back tooth replaced with an implant. They'll use X-rays to measure bone changes around implants with either a narrow or regular connector over 24 months.
