Can a simple gum check predict implant failure?

NCT ID NCT06033859

Summary

This study aims to understand if bleeding during a dental check-up around an implant can warn dentists about future bone loss or gum disease. 150 participants with dental implants will attend six check-up visits over 15 months, where their gums and bone will be measured. The goal is to gather knowledge to help dentists better monitor and maintain dental implants for their patients.
