Scientists test new, Easier-to-Use dental fillings
NCT ID NCT07491770
Summary
This study aimed to see which of three newer types of tooth-colored filling materials worked best for cavities near the gum line. Over 12 months, researchers tracked how well fillings made from preheated, sonic-activated, and flowable composite resins held up in 36 participants. The main goal was to check how closely the fillings fit the tooth over time to prevent new decay.
