Summary
This study compared two methods for placing tooth-colored fillings in back teeth with cavities. Researchers followed 90 adults for a year to see if fillings made in a dental lab (indirect) performed better than those placed directly in the mouth. They checked how well the fillings held up, their appearance, and whether new decay developed around them.
