Dentists test which fillings work best for deep cavities

NCT ID NCT06637605

Summary

This study compares three different dental filling materials for deep cavities to see which works best. Researchers are testing high-viscosity glass ionomer, bulk-fill composite, and conventional composite materials in 110 patients with deep tooth decay. They will check how well the fillings hold up over 12 months, looking at factors like sensitivity, color match, and whether new decay forms around them.
