Can a One-Day workshop make dentists better with kids?
NCT ID NCT06138405
Summary
This study is testing a one-day workshop designed to teach dentists, hygienists, and assistants better ways to interact with children aged 2-10 and their parents during dental appointments. The training is based on a proven parenting program. Researchers will film appointments before and after the workshop to see if the training changes how providers talk to children and if the staff find the training useful.
