New dengue vaccine formula put to the test in phase 3 trial

Summary
This study tests whether a new version of the dengue vaccine works as well as the current approved one. About 500 healthy adults aged 18-60 who have never had dengue will receive two shots three months apart. Researchers will compare immune responses and safety between the two vaccine formulas.
