Summary

This study is testing an experimental vaccine, called V181, to see if it can safely prevent dengue fever in healthy children and teenagers. It will involve about 12,000 participants aged 2 to 17 years old. Researchers will compare the vaccine to a placebo (a shot with no active medicine) to see if it reduces the number of dengue cases over several years.
