Scientists test new dengue shot on people with varied immunity

NCT ID NCT05691530

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a potential new vaccine against dengue, a serious mosquito-borne illness. It aims to see if the vaccine is safe and how well it works in healthy adults who have never had dengue, have had it once, or have had it multiple times. Researchers will closely monitor participants' health and immune responses over several months to understand how prior dengue exposure affects the vaccine.
