Summary

This study tests a pressure-sensor exercise mat and software designed to improve thinking and balance in older adults. About 205 people aged 65 and older will do group exercises like memory games and balance drills using the mat. Researchers will compare their results to a control group to see if the program helps prevent dementia and falls.
