Can a simple learning trick help dementia caregivers?
NCT ID NCT07381010
Summary
This study tested a new way to help caregivers of people with dementia learn and remember important health information. Researchers compared two learning methods—restudying material versus taking practice tests with feedback—to see which helped 73 caregivers remember details about dementia symptoms better two days later. The goal was to find the best way to structure online education so caregivers can retain crucial knowledge for longer.
