NCT ID NCT07356336
Summary
This study is testing a personalized, non-drug therapy to help reduce distressing behavioral and psychological symptoms in people with dementia living in nursing homes. Researchers will train care staff to understand each resident's personality and unmet needs to tailor their approach. They will compare this new method to usual care to see if it improves symptoms and quality of life for residents and reduces stress for caregivers.
