NCT ID NCT05128513
First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests a blood-filtering device called DELP to see if it can improve recovery in people who have had a hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding in the brain). The device is already approved for another type of stroke and may reduce brain damage by filtering out harmful substances. About 356 adults with moderate bleeding will receive the treatment within 6 to 48 hours of their stroke, and their recovery will be measured after 90 days.
