Summary
This study looked at whether visiting the delivery room before labor and having continuous support from a companion during birth can help pregnant women feel more comfortable and adapt better to childbirth. 158 pregnant women took part, with some receiving the extra support and others getting standard care. The goal was to see if these simple steps could improve the childbirth experience.
