NCT ID NCT07276503

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a simple test can predict who will become confused after heart surgery. About 100 adults having planned heart surgery will take a memory and orientation test before their operation. Researchers will then track who develops delirium (sudden confusion) in the days after surgery to see if the test was accurate.
