Summary

This study looked at whether pushing back school start times helps high school students get more sleep, feel less sleepy during the day, and improve their mental health and grades. Over 500 Norwegian teens took part, and researchers measured sleep patterns, daytime sleepiness, anxiety, depression, and school performance. The goal was to see if a simple schedule change could make a real difference in teenagers' daily lives.
