Summary
This study surveys up to 3,000 members of the American Society of Anesthesiologists to understand the current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training in the field. Participants will answer a 24-question online survey about their knowledge, training methods, and satisfaction with DEI education. The goal is to identify gaps and develop better educational programs.
