Doctors worldwide unite to define dangerous Post-Surgery lung problems
NCT ID NCT06916598
Summary
This study aims to create a clear, standard definition for lung complications that can occur after surgery. An international panel of 40 experts and patients who have experienced these complications will work together to agree on what counts as a problem, how severe it is, and how doctors should monitor for it. The goal is to help doctors better identify, compare, and treat these issues to improve patient care.
