Promising new combo tackles Drug-Resistant lung cancer

Summary
This study tests if a combination of two targeted drugs (defactinib and avutometinib) plus an immunotherapy (nivolumab) can help people with a specific genetic type of advanced lung cancer (LKB1-mutant) that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial will enroll 50 adults whose cancer has worsened after prior therapy. The goal is to see if this new mix can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
