Summary

This study tests whether a new therapy that combines rewards for staying sober with problem-solving skills can help young adults (ages 18-24) with alcohol use disorder quit drinking. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the new therapy or standard rewards alone, and will be followed for 6 months. The goal is to see if the combined approach is more effective and to understand how it affects the brain.
