Summary
This study tested different ways to communicate medical risks and benefits to parents and caregivers of children with complex health conditions. Researchers showed 831 participants simulated clinic visit videos and surveyed them about their decision-making experience. The goal was to identify the most effective communication methods to help families feel more prepared and confident when facing difficult treatment choices.
