Summary

This study looks at whether severe hearing loss in adults aged 45 to 64 is linked to mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers will compare memory, attention, and thinking skills between 180 people with severe hearing loss and those with normal hearing. The goal is to understand if hearing loss affects brain function earlier than previously thought.
