Could less radiation be enough for HPV throat cancer?

Summary
This study is for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. Researchers want to see if giving a lower dose of radiation can still control the cancer while causing fewer side effects. About 111 participants will receive the reduced radiation and be followed for at least 2 years to check if the cancer stays away.
