Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new dendritic cell vaccine for people with breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease). The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to attack cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects in 15 participants.
