Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety and tolerability of multiple doses of DCR-AUD in 16 healthy adults who are social drinkers. Participants received either the drug or a placebo and were monitored for 24 weeks, including up to 10 alcohol interaction tests. The goal was to see how the drug behaves in the body and what symptoms it might cause when combined with alcohol.
