Summary
This study looks at 2,000 people with dilated cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart is enlarged and weak. Researchers will use a special heart MRI, done under mild stress, along with standard medical info to build a tool that predicts who is at high risk for serious problems like heart failure or sudden cardiac death. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients earlier and tailor their care.
