First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special MRI technique called DCE-MRI can help doctors choose the best chemotherapy for people with borderline resectable pancreatic cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough so it can be removed by surgery. About 50 adults will receive chemotherapy guided by this imaging method to see if it improves treatment success.
