New Vaccine-Drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a personalized cancer vaccine (made from a patient's own cells) combined with the drug elranatamab is safe and feasible for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. About 25 adults with at least three prior therapies will receive the vaccine plus elranatamab. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the disease.
