Summary
This study tests whether brief animated videos teaching coping skills can help Chinese and Chinese American college students better manage their emotions and feel more confident. About 91 students will watch the videos and answer questions about their emotional states and how useful the videos are. The goal is to see if this approach is acceptable and helpful for this group.
