Summary

This study looks at how deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery helps people with Parkinson's disease move better and feel more independent. Researchers will measure walking speed, balance, muscle strength, and fear of falling in 40 adults before and after surgery. The goal is to see which motor skills improve most, helping doctors and therapists plan better care.
