New shot for lupus enters early human testing

Summary
This study tests a new injection called DB-2304 in healthy people and those with lupus (SLE or CLE). The main goal is to check safety and side effects. About 148 adults will take part. This is an early-stage trial to see if the drug is safe enough for further testing.
